Devo, Mongoloid

Came home the other day to find the chap blasting what has rapidly become my favourite radio station, Underground 80s on Soma FM.

Terrifying and awe-inspiring in equal measure, DJ Rusty Hodge splices New Romantic Britpop with kraut electronica, new wave classics and the jangliest post-punk disco. And, of course, a good dose of Devo. (It’s only taken me about a decade to twig that the below was the sample source for Layo & Bushwacka’s classic Love Story. Well, duh.)
